Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to produce your savings report and analytics:

• Account details — your name, email address and/or mobile number, company and plant name, and location.
• Plant operating data — the Excel/CSV files you upload (production, kiln, mill, energy, quality and related process data).
• Cost settings — the fuel, power and material prices you enter so savings can be expressed in rupees.

We do not collect data from your plant systems directly. Nothing leaves your plant unless you choose to upload it.

Your uploaded data is used for exactly one purpose: generating analytics, reports, trends and AI copilot answers for your account.

We do not train AI or machine-learning models on your data. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Every account is a separate tenant. Your uploads, reports, cost settings and copilot conversations are stored against your tenant ID and are only accessible with your account's credentials. No other customer can view, query or download your data, and cross-tenant requests are rejected by the server.

The cross-plant benchmarking feature compares your KPIs against reference plants and other plants on the CementAI network. When your plant's KPIs contribute to another customer's benchmark, they appear only as an anonymous label (e.g. "Network Plant A") — never your company name, plant name, location, or any identifying detail.

Opt-out: if you do not want your (anonymized) KPIs included in network benchmarks at all, email us and we will exclude your account within 7 days.

Your data is stored on servers controlled by CementAI and is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to production systems is limited to the personnel who operate the service. Passwords are stored as salted hashes; one-time login codes expire after use.

We are a young company and do not yet hold formal certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 — we will say so plainly rather than claim otherwise. If your organisation requires specific security commitments, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you send any data.

We retain your uploads and generated reports so that monthly trend tracking works across time. You may request deletion of specific uploads or your entire account at any time. On a deletion request we remove the raw uploaded files, all derived analytics, and your account records within 30 days, and confirm in writing.

We handle personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw consent, and request erasure. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below; we respond within 30 days.

This policy and any dispute arising from the use of CementAI are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
